Dave Jones, Inc. is one of Dane County’s largest employers with over 545 employees, but we’ve found that our real strength is the team that we’ve carefully cultivated since we began in 1977. As a second-generation family business, we strive to create an organization that our team members are proud to be part of. We also offer opportunities to grow through an apprenticeship in all four of our trades – Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Sprinkler Fitting.

Come check out the Total Hiliti Machine – a high-tech device that allows just one person to layout and measure an entire jobsite digitally. See what this device can do, and help us “plot points” with stickers to create an image at Future Quest!
You probably use the bath and kitchen facilities in your home every day, but have you ever wondered what’s behind the walls of your home? Where does that water go, and what takes it there? Come check out our Plumbing activity and test your skills by cutting the PEX, and using a specialized drill to expand the pipe before adding your fittings. I guarantee you won’t be able to pull it apart using sheer human strength once it’s assembled!
