Business Description
The City of Madison Clerk's office runs elections for City of Madison voters. There are 107 polling places through the city and each location can have between seven and twenty-five election officials (poll workers) working at one time. Our election officials play an important part in making sure the elections run smoothly and every eligible voter can cast a ballot and have that ballot counted. Students as young as 16-years-old can be an election official.
About Our Exhibit
We are hosting a mock election to show how easy it is to vote, using out expressvote ballot marking device. We also have information on serving as an election official (poll worker).
