Today, we’re still independently owned, serving the print community through providing exceptional print and distribution services. Royle Printing specializes in producing high-impact catalogs for the direct mail industry and magazines for publishers. From our central location in the great state of Wisconsin, we serve a wide variety of clients with varying needs and expectations. Our unique and modern production platform provides great flexibility with print formats and distribution plans. Press Operators
This individual assists the press crew in the operation and maintenance of an offset web
press and production of high-quality printed materials. 
Finishing Associates
This individual assists the machine operator with setup and operation of our
finishing machines: stitchers, folders, perfect binders, polybagger, cutters, mailers,
shrink wrappers, tipper, CT trimmer, drills and other finishing equipment.
This individual will be responsible for performing and managing equipment
installations and conducting repairs and maintenance of the facility and equipment. 
S/he will have working knowledge of 3 phase electrical in a manufacturing facility,
both with new installations and equipment repairs, machine troubleshooting and/or
electrical repair, and electrical cable installation. Prior PLC and AC/DC motor drive

About Our Exhibit

Royle Printing offers an exciting internship program for students and young professionals looking to work in print. In this role you will participate in business improvement initiatives to help our team remove barriers and enhance our processes. Interns will work under the direction of the Operations Process Improvement Managers. Projects will include the coordination of and involvement in Lean/6S events, collecting and reporting data, creating and dispensing machine efficiency metrics, implementing lean controls that include visual direction and reminders, as well as other administrative and operational tasks. Press interns will have the opportunity to shadow press operators. In this position, they assist with setup and operation of different presses gaining further technical knowledge in the equipment and overall printing process.
