Madison College is a technical college that provides hands on learning for many careers. The Tree Care Technician program will prepare you for a career in the field of arboriculture and urban forestry. You will learn tree maintenance and management, aerial tree work, plant health care, tree selection and planting, and equipment safety and operation. The program involves practicum and lab components that provide you with real-world application and experience.
About Our Exhibit
We will have tree climbing gear, some small tree pruning and removal tools, neat wood samples from various trees with disorders or injuries, and some of our favorite safety gear.
